🛒 Ingredients
1 gousse Garlic
1 c. à café Herbs of Provence
1 pincée Black pepper
120 g Mushrooms
3 Eggs
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Saute the mushrooms with the garlic for 5 minutes in olive oil, set aside.
2. Beat the eggs with salt, pepper and Provence herbs.
3. Pour into a pan over very low heat with a little olive oil.
4. Stir constantly with a spatula for a creamy result (4-5 min).
5. Add the mushrooms, mix and serve immediately on wholemeal bread.
