🛒 Ingredients
180 g Blueberry
120 g Oatmeal
180 ml Enriched almond milk
1 sachet Baking powder
1 pincée Ground cinnamon
2 c. à soupe Honey
2 Eggs
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
80 g Wholemeal flour
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare 10 muffin tins.
2. Mix oatmeal, wholemeal flour, yeast and cinnamon.
3. Separately, whisk eggs, almond milk, honey and olive oil.
4. Combine the two preparations then add the blueberries.
5. Divide into the molds and cook for 20 minutes.
