100 g Oatmeal
1 Lemon
150 g Blueberry
80 g Wholemeal flour
1 c. à café Baking powder
3 c. à soupe Maple syrup
150 ml Enriched almond milk
1 c. à café Ground cinnamon
2 Eggs
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a muffin tin.
2. Mix oatmeal, wholemeal flour, yeast, cinnamon, salt.
3. In another bowl, mix eggs, almond milk, maple syrup, lemon zest.
4. Incorporate the liquids into the dry ones, add the blueberries delicately.
5. Fill the molds 3/4 full, cook for 22-25 min. Let cool before eating.
