🛒 Ingredients
150 g Brown rice
180 g Green lentils
3 Onion
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1 pincée Fine salt
3 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the green lentils for 20 minutes in salted water, drain.
2. Cook brown rice separately.
3. Slice and caramelize the onions in olive oil for 20 minutes over low heat.
4. Mix lentils and rice, season with cumin and salt.
5. Serve with the caramelized onions on top.
