👨🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Finely grate the zucchini and lightly squeeze out excess water.
3. Melt the dark chocolate, then mix with the eggs and maple syrup.
4. Incorporate zucchini, cocoa, wholemeal flour and yeast.
5. Pour into a mold and cook for 25 minutes to keep the center soft.
