👨🍳 Instructions
1. Brown onion and garlic for 3 minutes in olive oil.
2. Add turmeric, cumin and ground ginger — cook for 1 min.
3. Add rinsed coral lentils, diced zucchini, tomato, 600 ml of water.
4. Bring to the boil, simmer for 20-25 minutes.
5. Salt, sprinkle with lemon and serve.
