🛒 Ingredients
1 Bell pepper
1 Lemon
1 Zucchini
100 g Greek yogurt
300 g Mackerel
1 c. à café Garlic powder
1 c. à café Dried parsley
1 pincée Fine salt
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the mustard sauce: Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt.
2. Marinate the mackerel for 10 minutes in the sauce.
3. Cut pepper and zucchini, roast for 20 minutes in the oven at 200°C with olive oil.
4. Cook the mackerel in the pan for 4 minutes on each side.
5. Serve mackerel over roasted vegetables with dried parsley.
