Vegan version of mac & cheese with wholemeal pasta and creamy sweet potato sauce.

🛒 Ingredients
160 g Wholemeal pasta
1 gousse Garlic
200 g Sweet potato
150 ml Enriched almond milk
1/4 c. à café Ground turmeric
1/2 c. à café Smoked paprika
1 c. à café Dried parsley
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the wholemeal pasta according to the instructions.
2. Cook the sweet potato and mix with almond milk, garlic and turmeric.
3. Season with salt, smoked paprika and nutritional yeast if available.
4. Mix pasta and sauce.
5. Serve hot with dried parsley.
