Sesame seeds
1 pincée
Fine salt
300 g
Soybean Sprouts
1 tige
Green Onion
1 c. à soupe
Roasted Sesame Oil
1 gousse
Garlic
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the soybean sprouts for 4 minutes in salted boiling water, drain.
2. Immediately rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
3. Drain carefully by pressing lightly.
4. Mix with minced garlic, sesame oil and salt.
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
