250 g Soybean Sprouts
1 tige Green Onion
150 g White Short-Grain Rice
1 c. à soupe Soy Sauce
1 c. à café Roasted Sesame Oil
2 gousses Garlic
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Lightly sauté the garlic in sesame oil.
2. Add the soybean sprouts, sauté for 1 minute.
3. Pour in the water, bring to a boil covered without lifting the lid, simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Add the cooked rice directly into the hot broth.
5. Season with soy sauce, garnish with green onion, and serve with an egg if desired.
