🛒 Ingredients
60 g Spinach
1 gousse Garlic
1/2 Onion
1 c. à café Sesame seeds
1/4 c. à café Cayenne pepper
1 Eggs
1 c. à soupe Coconut oil
120 g Brown rice
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the brown rice according to the package and let cool.
2. Saute onion and garlic in coconut oil.
3. Add the spinach, cayenne pepper and cold rice.
4. Stir over high heat for 3 minutes until lightly browned.
5. Create a well, crack the egg and scramble in place. Serve hot.
