150 g Tofu
2 tiges Green Onion
250 g Kimchi
1 c. à soupe Soy Sauce
200 g Pork
1 c. à café Roasted Sesame Oil
1 c. à soupe Gochujang Chili Paste
1 c. à café Korean Chili Powder
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Stir-fry the pork cut into pieces with sesame oil until golden.
2. Add the chopped kimchi and its juice, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
3. Pour in water, add gochujang and gochugaru, bring to a boil.
4. Add cubed tofu and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
5. Adjust seasoning with soy sauce, sprinkle with green onions and serve with white rice.
