Roasted Sesame Oil

Gochujang Chili Paste
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Stir-fry the pork cut into small pieces in sesame oil.
2. Add the sliced kimchi and its juice, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
3. Add the cold cooked rice, mix well to coat.
4. Add the gochujang and soy sauce, stir-fry for 5 minutes over high heat.
5. Serve topped with a fried egg and sliced green onion.
