🛒 Ingredients
1 morceau Ginger
1 Onion
100 g Coral lentils
1 c. à café Ground turmeric
1/2 c. à café Ground coriander
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1 c. à soupe Coconut oil
1 pincée Fine salt
100 g Brown rice
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Rinse the brown rice and red lentils.
2. Brown chopped onion and ginger in coconut oil for 3 min.
3. Add turmeric, cumin and cereals.
4. Pour 3 volumes of water, salt and cook for 25 minutes over low heat.
5. Serve with a pinch of ground coriander.
