🛒 Ingredients
1 Bell pepper
400 g Chickpeas
1 Lemon
2 gousses Garlic
2 Carrot
3 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Mix drained chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and salt.
2. Add 2 tbsp. of tahini and blend until smooth.
3. Add a little water for the desired consistency.
4. Arrange in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and paprika.
5. Serve with carrot, pepper and cucumber cut into sticks.
