Homemade hummus with carrot and spices

🛒 Ingredients
300 g Chickpeas
1 Lemon
1 Carrot
2 gousses Garlic
2 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
1 c. à café Ground cumin
3 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Roast the carrot in slices for 20 minutes in the oven at 200°C with olive oil.
2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas, reserving the cooking water.
3. Mix chickpeas, roasted carrot, garlic, lemon juice, sesame seeds and olive oil.
4. Add chickpea water to adjust the consistency.
5. Season with cumin, salt and drizzle with olive oil.
