Lemon-Spiced Black Beans

🛒 Ingredients
240 g Black beans
1 Lemon
3 gousses Garlic
1/2 Onion
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1 pincée Cayenne pepper
1 c. à café Smoked paprika
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Drain and rinse the black beans.
2. Brown garlic and onion for 3 minutes in olive oil.
3. Add cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper — cook for 1 min.
4. Add beans, 100 ml of water, simmer for 12 min.
5. Crush lightly, salt, sprinkle with lemon and serve.
