3 Tomato
3 gousses Garlic
1 Onion
240 g White beans
1 c. à café Herbs of Provence
2 c. à café Dried thyme
1 pincée Fine salt
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown garlic and onion for 3 minutes in olive oil.
2. Add crushed tomatoes, thyme, Provence herbs, salt.
3. Add drained white beans and 200 ml of water.
4. Leave to simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.
5. Adjust seasoning and serve with wholemeal bread.
