Lentil mince and vegetable puree

🛒 Ingredients
200 g Green lentils
2 gousses Garlic
2 Carrot
1 Onion
300 g Sweet potato
2 Tomato
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 c. à café Ground cumin
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the lentils for 20 minutes with onion, garlic, cumin and tomatoes.
2. Cook the sweet potato and carrot, then mash with olive oil and salt.
3. Pour the lentil mixture into a dish.
4. Spread the vegetable puree on top.
5. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C until browned.
