🛒 Ingredients
400 g Sweet potato
150 g Spinach
2 gousses Garlic
30 g Parmesan
150 g Greek yogurt
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
2. Slice the sweet potato into thin rounds.
3. Saute the spinach with the garlic in the olive oil.
4. Alternate layers of sweet potato, spinach and Greek yogurt in a dish.
5. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake for 35 min.
