400 g Broccoli
200 g Cottage cheese
40 g Parmesan
1 pincée Nutmeg
1/2 c. à café Garlic powder
1 c. à café Herbs of Provence
1 pincée Black pepper
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Steam the broccoli for 8 minutes, until al dente.
2. Arrange in a gratin dish.
3. Mix cottage cheese, garlic powder, Provence herbs, salt, pepper.
4. Pour over the broccoli, sprinkle with grated parmesan.
5. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
