🛒 Ingredients
3 Banana
80 g Oatmeal
1 sachet Baking powder
2 c. à soupe Maple syrup
180 ml Enriched almond milk
120 g Rice flour
2 c. à soupe Coconut oil
50 g Grated coconut
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Mash the bananas with the almond milk, maple syrup and melted coconut oil.
3. Add rice flour, oat flakes, grated coconut and yeast.
4. Mix just enough to obtain a homogeneous paste.
5. Pour into a mold and cook for 35 minutes.
