🛒 Ingredients
120 g Oatmeal
3 Banana
80 g Wholemeal flour
1 sachet Baking powder
120 g Greek yogurt
30 g Almonds
2 c. à soupe Honey
1 c. à café Ground cinnamon
2 Eggs
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Mash the bananas then mix with the eggs, Greek yogurt and honey.
3. Add the oatmeal, wholemeal flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
4. Pour into a lined mold and sprinkle with crushed almonds.
5. Cook for 30 minutes, let cool before cutting.
