2 Lemon
200 g Almond powder
100 g Brown sugar
60 g Soft butter
3 Eggs
1 pincée Fine salt
1 c. à café Vanilla extract
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
2. Whisk the eggs with the brown sugar until white.
3. Incorporate the almond powder, lemon zest and juice, vanilla extract.
4. Add melted sweet butter, mix gently.
5. Pour into a lined mold, bake for 30 minutes. The center should remain slightly soft.
