🛒 Ingredients
1/2 Lemon
1 gousse Garlic
1 Cucumber
1 Bell pepper
4 Tomato
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 pincée Black pepper
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Roughly chop tomatoes, cucumber and pepper.
2. Peel and degerm the garlic.
3. Mix together tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt.
4. Pass through a sieve if you want a smooth texture.
5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving chilled.
