🛒 Ingredients
400 g Sweet potato
1 c. à café Baking powder
90 g Almond powder
3 c. à soupe Maple syrup
1 pincée Ground cinnamon
2 Eggs
45 g Unsweetened cocoa powder
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Steam the sweet potato then mash it.
2. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
3. Mix puree, eggs, cocoa, almond powder and maple syrup.
4. Add the yeast and a pinch of cinnamon.
5. Pour into a square mold and cook for 25 minutes. Leave to cool for a melting texture.
