🛒 Ingredients
1 Lemon
300 g Beans
1 c. à café Dried mint
1 pincée Black pepper
1 pincée Fine salt
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the beans in boiling water for 5 minutes, drain.
2. If the beans are large, remove the outer skin for smoothness.
3. Arrange them in a dish.
4. Drizzle generously with olive oil and lemon juice.
5. Sprinkle with dried mint, salt and serve warm or at room temperature.
