Homemade Crispy Falafel with Chickpeas and Cumin — baked, not fried.

🛒 Ingredients
400 g Chickpeas
3 gousses Garlic
1 Onion
1 c. à café Ground coriander
2 c. à café Ground cumin
2 c. à café Dried parsley
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Mix them with onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, dried parsley, salt.
2. Form walnut-sized balls.
3. Place on an oiled baking sheet, brush with olive oil.
4. Bake at 200°C for 25-30 mins, turning halfway through cooking.
5. Serve with salad, tomato and yogurt sauce (or without for pure vegan version).
