🛒 Ingredients
2 Bell pepper
1 Onion
300 g Chicken
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1/2 c. à café Garlic powder
1 c. à café Sweet paprika
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
4 tranches Wholemeal bread
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Slice the chicken into strips, marinate with cumin, paprika, garlic powder and salt for 20 min.
2. Heat the olive oil over high heat in a large skillet.
3. Saute chicken for 5 min, add pepper and onion in strips.
4. Cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is golden.
5. Serve in wholemeal bread pancakes with guacamole (avocado + lemon).
