Turkey cutlets with mushrooms

🛒 Ingredients
1 Lemon
2 gousses Garlic
300 g Turkey
1 c. à café Herbs of Provence
1 pincée Black pepper
200 g Mushrooms
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Season the turkey escalopes with salt, pepper and Provence herbs.
2. Cook them in a pan in olive oil for 4 minutes on each side, set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté mushrooms and garlic for 6 min.
4. Deglaze with lemon juice and a little water.
5. Top the escalopes with mushrooms and serve.
