🛒 Ingredients
100 g Blueberry
150 g Almonds
3 c. à soupe Peanut butter
2 c. à soupe Honey
1 c. à soupe Chia seeds
3 c. à soupe Unsweetened cocoa powder
40 g Grated coconut
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Blend the almonds into a coarse powder.
2. Add the dried blueberries (or simulated candied dates with honey), cocoa, peanut butter, coconut.
3. Mix until you obtain a pliable dough — add honey if too dry.
4. Form balls the size of a marble.
5. Roll in grated coconut, refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
