🛒 Ingredients
1 Lemon
1 Carrot
2 cm Ginger
1/2 Onion
2 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
250 g Edamame
1 pincée Fine salt
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the edamame for 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and shell.
2. Grate the ginger, finely slice the onion.
3. Prepare the vinaigrette: lemon juice, olive oil, ginger, salt.
4. Mix edamame, onion and grated carrot.
5. Drizzle with vinaigrette, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve chilled.
