🛒 Ingredients
240 g Black beans
1/2 Lemon
3 gousses Garlic
1 Onion
150 ml Enriched almond milk
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1 c. à café Ground coriander
1 pincée Cayenne pepper
1 c. à soupe Coconut oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown onion and garlic for 3 minutes in coconut oil.
2. Add cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, cook for 1 min.
3. Add drained black beans and almond milk, simmer for 15 min.
4. Lightly mash the beans with a fork to thicken the sauce.
5. Season with salt, sprinkle with lemon and serve over brown rice.
