🛒 Ingredients
3 Carrot
1 Onion
3 Tomato
4 gousses Garlic
500 g Beef
1 c. à café dried rosemary
2 c. à café Dried thyme
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cut the beef into cubes, brown it over high heat in olive oil.
2. Reserve the meat, brown the onion, garlic and carrot for 5 minutes in the same casserole dish.
3. Return the beef, add crushed tomatoes, thyme, rosemary, 300 ml of water.
4. Cover and simmer for 1h30 over low heat.
5. Adjust salt and pepper and serve with cooked millet.
