🛒 Ingredients
150 g Green lentils
150 g Black beans
3 Tomato
1 Onion
3 gousses Garlic
2 cm Ginger
1 c. à soupe Coconut oil
1 c. à café Garam masala
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1/2 c. à café Ground turmeric
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown onion, garlic and ginger for 3 minutes in coconut oil.
2. Add garam masala, cumin, turmeric, coriander — cook for 1 min.
3. Add lentils, black beans and tomatoes. Cover with 700 ml of water.
4. Leave to simmer for 35 minutes over low heat.
5. Salt, sprinkle with lemon and serve with brown rice.
