🛒 Ingredients
180 g Coral lentils
100 g Spinach
2 Tomato
1 Onion
2 gousses Garlic
1/2 Lemon
1 c. à café Ground turmeric
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1 c. à café Garam masala
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown onion and garlic in olive oil for 3 min.
2. Add turmeric, cumin, garam masala, cook for 1 min.
3. Add rinsed coral lentils, tomatoes and 700 ml of water. Simmer for 20 min.
4. Add the spinach, cook for another 3 minutes.
5. Adjust salt, sprinkle with lemon juice and serve with brown rice.
