🛒 Ingredients
2 Garlic
1 Onion
3 Tomato
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
200 g Coral lentils
2 c. à café Ground cumin
1 c. à café Ground turmeric
1 c. à café Garam masala
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown onion and garlic in olive oil with cumin, turmeric, garam masala.
2. Add the crushed tomatoes, cook for 5 min.
3. Add rinsed red lentils and water or broth.
4. Simmer for 20 minutes until lentils are soft and the sauce is thick.
5. Adjust salt, serve with brown rice or wholemeal bread.
