🛒 Ingredients
200 g Coral lentils
2 Tomato
1 Onion
2 gousses Garlic
1 c. à café Curry powder
1/2 c. à café Ground turmeric
1/2 c. à café Ground cumin
1/2 c. à café Garam masala
120 g Brown rice
1 c. à soupe Coconut oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown onion and garlic with curry, turmeric and cumin in coconut oil.
2. Add the rinsed coral lentils and crushed tomatoes.
3. Cover with water and cook for 20 minutes, stirring.
4. Add garam masala at the end of cooking.
5. Serve over brown rice garnished with coriander.
