🛒 Ingredients
240 g Chickpeas
120 g Spinach
2 Tomato
1 Onion
2 gousses Garlic
2 cm Ginger
150 ml Enriched almond milk
1 c. à soupe Coconut oil
2 c. à café Curry powder
1 c. à café Garam masala
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown onion, garlic and ginger for 3 minutes in coconut oil.
2. Add curry, turmeric, garam masala — cook for 1 min.
3. Add drained chickpeas, almond milk, crushed tomatoes. Simmer for 15 mins.
4. Add spinach, cook for another 3 min.
5. Sprinkle with lemon, serve with brown rice.
