🛒 Ingredients
200 g Shrimp
2 Tomato
1 Onion
2 gousses Garlic
20 g Grated coconut
100 ml Enriched almond milk
1 c. à café Curry powder
1/2 c. à café Garam masala
100 g Brown rice
1 c. à soupe Coconut oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown the onion and garlic in coconut oil.
2. Add curry, garam masala and crushed tomatoes.
3. Let reduce for 5 minutes then add the coconut milk (coconut + almond milk).
4. Add the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Serve over brown rice garnished with coriander.
