🛒 Ingredients
280 g Shrimp
2 Tomato
1 Onion
2 gousses Garlic
3 cm Ginger
150 ml Enriched almond milk
2 c. à café Curry powder
1 c. à soupe Coconut oil
1/2 c. à café Ground turmeric
1/2 Lemon
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown onion, garlic and ginger in coconut oil for 3 min.
2. Add curry powder, turmeric, cook for 1 min.
3. Add crushed tomatoes, almond milk, simmer for 10 min.
4. Add shrimp, cook 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked.
5. Salt, sprinkle with lemon and serve with brown rice.
