🛒 Ingredients
1 Bell pepper
160 g Chickpeas
2 gousses Garlic
2 Carrot
1 Zucchini
1 Onion
160 g Millet
2 c. à café Ras el hanout
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown onion, garlic and ginger for 3 minutes in olive oil.
2. Add carrot, zucchini, pepper — brown for 5 min.
3. Sprinkle with ras el hanout, add 600 ml of boiling water and chickpeas.
4. Let simmer for 25 min.
5. At the same time, cook the millet for 20 min. Serve the vegetables over the millet.
