🛒 Ingredients
2 c. à café Ginger
1/2 Onion
1 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
1 c. à café Coconut oil
100 g Brown rice
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Rinse the brown rice and put it in a saucepan with 6x its volume of water.
2. Add the grated ginger and bring to the boil.
3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Adjust the consistency with hot water if necessary.
5. Serve with chopped onion, sesame seeds and a drizzle of coconut oil.
