Sweet potato
100 g
Greek yogurt
1 c. à café
Sweet paprika
1 c. à soupe
Extra virgin olive oil
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Brown the onion in olive oil.
2. Add the diced sweet potato and cover with water.
3. Cook for 15 minutes then crush partially to thicken.
4. Add the sliced pepper and leave for another 5 min.
5. Add the Greek yogurt off the heat. Serve hot.
