🛒 Ingredients
150 g Coral lentils
120 g Black beans
3 Tomato
1 Onion
2 gousses Garlic
1/2 c. à café Cayenne pepper
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1 c. à café Smoked paprika
1 Lawyer
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown the onion and garlic in olive oil.
2. Add cayenne pepper, cumin and smoked paprika. Mix.
3. Add the coral lentils, black beans and crushed tomatoes.
4. Cover with water and simmer for 25 minutes.
5. Adjust seasoning and serve with avocado.
