🛒 Ingredients
240 g Black beans
4 Tomato
1 Onion
3 gousses Garlic
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1 c. à café Smoked paprika
1/2 c. à café Cayenne pepper
1 c. à café Ground coriander
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 Lemon
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown onion and garlic in olive oil for 3 min.
2. Add cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, coriander — cook for 1 min.
3. Add drained black beans, crushed tomatoes, 200 ml of water.
4. Leave to simmer for 25 minutes, stirring.
5. Adjust salt, sprinkle with lemon and serve with brown rice.
