🛒 Ingredients
3 Tomato
200 g Black beans
2 Garlic
1 Onion
300 g Beef
2 c. à café Ground cumin
1 c. à café Smoked paprika
1 pincée Cayenne pepper
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown ground beef, onion and garlic over high heat until browned.
2. Add cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, mix well.
3. Add crushed tomatoes and drained black beans.
4. Leave to simmer, covered, for 25 minutes, stirring regularly.
5. Adjust salt and pepper, serve over brown or plain rice.
