🛒 Ingredients
1 Mango
1 c. à soupe Maple syrup
350 ml Enriched almond milk
60 g Chia seeds
1 pincée Ground cinnamon
20 g Grated coconut
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Mix chia seeds with almond milk and a pinch of cinnamon in a jar.
2. Stir well, let swell for 5 minutes, stir again.
3. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
4. Peel and dice the mango.
5. When serving, place the mango on the pudding and add grated coconut.
