🛒 Ingredients
240 g Chickpeas
3 Tomato
1 Onion
3 gousses Garlic
2 cm Ginger
1/2 Lemon
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1 c. à café Ground coriander
1 c. à café Garam masala
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown onion and garlic for 3 minutes in olive oil.
2. Add cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, garam masala, ginger — cook for 1 min.
3. Add crushed tomatoes and drained chickpeas. Mix well.
4. Add 200 ml of water, simmer for 20 minutes until thick.
5. Sprinkle with lemon, serve with brown rice.
