Salmon, avocado and lemon ceviche

🛒 Ingredients
2 Lemon
1/2 Cucumber
1/4 Onion
250 g Salmon
1 c. à café Ground coriander
1 pincée Cayenne pepper
1 Lawyer
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cut the raw salmon into small cubes, sprinkle generously with lemon juice.
2. Leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes in the fridge (the lemon “cooks” the salmon).
3. Cut avocado into cubes, cucumber into half rings.
4. Drain the salmon, mix with avocado, cucumber, chopped onion.
5. Season with salt, cayenne pepper and serve very cold.
